THE BUILDING OF THE YEAR 2009

The prize from the director of the Czech State Environmental Fund for infrastructure . The prize was awarded to the building for its exceptionally effective energy management and for its highly developed building identity. Complementing the university campus, this is an unpretentious yet exceptional building, rare to find in this country, which makes a great contribution to the architecture and building industry.

The prize was awarded by the Foundation for Development of the Architecture and Building Industry, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Czech Association of Building Entrepreneurs, the publishing house ECONOMIA a.s. and the magazine STAVITEL [Builder].

NATIONAL TECHNICAL LIBRARY

The prize from the Lord Mayor of Prague . The prize was awarded to the National Technical Library, a unique public structure of cultural importance designed to consistently apply energy saving principles.

In the contest for the best investment project in 2004. Prize awarded by TOPINVEST under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Industry & Trade of the Czech Republic, the Ministry for Local Development of CR and the CR Building Federation.
