“Consolidation with a strong, internationally recognized architectural and design company was part of intermediate strategy of the company Helika, a.s. Through the partnership with the German company, the company Helika will strengthen its position on the Czech market, with the assistance of illustrious, Europe-known names from the field of architecture, statics, but also for instance transport constructions. “Entering the multinational group Obermeyer has opened new opportunities for us to operate on other markets within the EU and outside it, including getting new experience and excellent know-how,” added Petr Kazda.

The multinational company Obermeyer is definitely one of the strongest companies providing architectural designs of constructions, and one of the biggest processors of construction design and engineering orders in the European and the world standards. It has gained experience and know-how from the most significant international projects of ground constructions, transport constructions, airports, undergrounds, etc.

The company Obermeyer has so far designed for example the modernization of the Tegel Airport in Berlin, renovation of the Vnukovo Airport in Moscow and a number of airports in China . Other important projects carried out by the Obermeyer company include big sport centres, such as reconstruction of the football stadium in Köln am Rhein for the football world championship 2006 in Germany, as well as participation in designing the Olympic village and Olympic stadium in China .

Among the first common projects, which could be carried out in cooperation with the Czech partner, can be the designs of the main airport and hospital on the African continent.
