Description
The housing estate was designed with aim of making the best use of the available land area. For the purposes of architectural and urban design, all buildings plots have been regarded as a single unit. 667 flats will be situated in 14 residential buildings with a total of 35 entrances. The residential buildings with 4–7 storeys are either free-standing or terrace houses. Each residential house consists of one or several buildings set on a platform provided by the underground car-park. Flat roof of car-parking areas, which protrudes above the surrounding ground level, is planted with vegetation.
The project includes the complete infrastructure – water and gas supplies, drainage, heating system, energy supplies and installations, access roads.
