The project will deal with construction of the residential block Jégeho alej III. and the IV. stage on Jégeho street in Bratislava . The premises are to be newly designed and poly-functional and for the most part are to be residential.

At the III. and IV. stages of the project, two building premises have been designed, block D with 14 and 8 floors as well as Block E with 20 and 2 floors. Below both premises a 2 and 3 floor garage has been designed with a ramp which connects to the road on the premises both at the entrance and exit.

In the centre of the complex within part of the open space, there is a park which shows off the premises in green with paths and a park setting including a children’s play area, at the heart of which there is a square with a water feature – a fountain. Pedestrian zones also provide people with places to take walks and relax.

Implementing this construction plan will result in an integrated complex of buildings creating a residential zone in the centre of Bratislava .
