Helika’s architects and designers are working on another project for construction of a building in the close vicinity of the multi-functional O2 (Sazka) Arena. On the completion of the Harfa Gallery Multi-purpose Centre, the previously single-use area will be provided with another component of urban fabric that will help to implement the primary aim of architects’ plan which was to build a living, functional municipal area in the space created by demolishing industrial buildings.

 The Harfa Gallery multi-purpose complex will include retail units and areas as well as cafes, restaurants and areas for leisure activities, all of which will make the centre more attractive to future visitors. An administration building will be added to the commercial and entertainment centre in the near future. The park on the roof of the commercial centre with three storeys or retail units and areas will become the centre of interest for the inhabitants of the near-by Vysočany and other parts of the capital city.

The work on this project gave Helika’s architects and designers a great opportunity to work jointly with an internationally recognised architectural practice. Working to international standards, using all available means of electronic communication and the constant contact between the two architectural teams were the main characteristics of the successful cooperation on this exceptional project.
