The aim of the project is particularly to replace the dysfunctional Morava II and Alexandria II accommodation with new buildings, improve the space in front of the Morava hotel, concentrate services and energy facilities for the complex into one centre and place balneological facilities in a terrace-like building buried into the slope behind the Morava hotel.
The whole building complex consists of five buildings - Morava I, II, III, and Alexandria I, II. Morava I will be completely renovated and extended with gastronomic facilities, Morava II – balneological will replace the building, the layout of which is unsuitable and which serves for guest accommodation only. The new Morava II concept will include particularly therapeutic facilities. Morava III, extending the accommodation capacities of the complex, will be newly built in the western section of Morava I. Besides accommodation, the project includes an underground carpark for the guests accommodated in the spa complex. Alexandria I will be renovated whilst preserving the original monumentally remarkable artefacts, and extended by an entrance reception newly located in the floor plan of the building. In the Alexandria II new construction, replacing the original building of low architectural quality, construction of an extensive Wellness facility with underground pool completed with a number of relaxation procedures is planned. Accommodation facilities with above-standard facilities will be built on the above-ground floors of this building.
